Ok, so remember that I ordered the Legacy 10-day Athlete Transformation Platinum Pack so I had access to more products that helped me with my weight loss.  

Now for the schedule, this is what I did. For morning workouts, I did P90x3 mixed with The Anarchy Workout for 30 min, and at night I did Muay Thai at my gym, Muay Thai Gym America for 1 hour. 

What I also suggest for BUSY PEOPLE is 22-minute Hard Corps by Beach Body and my  fav, Tony Horton:

The schedule below is what I did for personal use - shoulder rehab is for my bum shoulder which you don't need to do lol.  Start with Upper Body, then Lower Body the next day, then Cardio the next day, and then Yoga next day.  Then cycle through that till the end!

Pre-Workout: Super Aminos + 1/2 Apple/2 Celery stalks/Water shake
Post-Workout (usually 9AM): 1/2 Apple + Cucumber Slices + 2 Celery Stalks + Kale
11AM: Power Shake + Super Life Formula
1PM: Super Aminos + Avocado
3PM: Power Shake + Super Life Formula
5PM: Super Aminos + 1/4 Cup of cooked lentils + 1/4 Cooked Quinoa + Lemon + Himalayan Salt
Workout
Post Workout (7PM): Power Shake + Super Life Formula + Spinach + Berries (frozen organic) + Broccoli
Bedtime: Apothe Cherry 

THE FOOD

BUY ALL ORGANIC! It help with the detox.  Also, flex food servings to one cup - you can combine.  Get a Magic Bullet, Ninja, or Vitamix.

For Flex Meals, keep them under 300 calories.  What I like to do is cook a 1/2 cup of quinoa with 1/2 cup of organic lentils.  When cooked, have 1/4 of that for flex meals when you've done a 30 min workout.  To keep it simple, just read how many calories in a chicken breast or fish or any product, and then just add spinach or broccoli on top since they are low calorie.
